Born in 1980, Elena Stauffer lives and works in Thun, a beautiful Alpine town in Switzerland.
She made her portfolio in scientific drawing and painting, screen printing and plastic design at the School of Art and Design in Bern. She did her systematic art education at the Moscow Correspondence People’s University of Fine Arts, Department of Fine Arts, which she mastered with «Excellent». In her work she seeks new aesthetics, combines the academic with the modern, dreams with reality, fills it with her personal experiences and gives her works a philosophical meaning.
